  • Shipping & Delivery (Malaysia)
    -All the orders will be shipped via DHL (Malaysia) and Janio (Singapore) -A flat shipping fee of RM10 for West Malaysia and RM15 for East Malaysia will be charged for all orders below RM350. -Please allow 1-3 working days for all the orders to be shipped out. -For fragile / odd size item like glass and ceramic ware will be packed with upcycle paper box & bubble wrap to prevent any damages during the transition.
  • Self Pickup (Kuala Lumpur)
    - Pick-up orders are subject to product availability. We make every effort to ensure that the items you select are in stock, but in the rare event that an item is unavailable, we will notify you promptly. -Please do not visit our pick-up location until you have received a notification confirming that your order is ready for collection. You will receive this notification via email or WhatsApp, depending on the contact information provided during the ordering process. -When you arrive to pick up your order, please have your order confirmation email and pickup notification ready for verification purposes.
  • International Shipping
    - We offer worldwide shipping for all products except large furniture. - International shipping fee will be charged based on the weight. - All the transport fee and custom fee will be bared by the customers.
  • Refund & Return
    A 7-day right of cancellation applies to original price products purchased from our online shop. The 7-day period begins on the day you receive the product. If we receive the product in the same condition as that in which it was purchased, the full purchase amount will be refunded to your account when your return is received. If the product is damaged, or appears to have been used in a manner beyond that in which a consumer would otherwise use the product, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the product's depreciation. ​ You must notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. Send your message to us by E-mail, at hello@theobjects.store. In your message, clearly state that you wish to exercise your right to cancel your purchase. You cannot cancel a purchase simply by refusing delivery of the product without informing us in advance. ​ You can cancel or return your order for any reason. However, we will not be held responsible for shipping delays, damage, loss, or packages that are marked as Delivered but not received by the customer. A claim can be filed for the item, however, if the claim is not approved by our shipping partner, products will not be replaced. If you decide to exercise your right to cancel your purchase, you must pay the return shipping costs yourself when sending the product back to us. We reserve the right to refuse parcels sent as cash on delivery. You must return your order to us without unreasonable delay, no later than 7 days after informing us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You yourself must pay the costs directly associated with returning the product to us. Liability for the product becomes yours at the time it is delivered.
